LoanReady AI ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. This policy is designed to align with GDPR principles, the CCPA and comparable US privacy laws, Canadian privacy requirements (PIPEDA) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Account information: first name, email address, password (managed by our authentication provider).
- Assessment inputs: country, income ranges, housing situation, monthly debt payments, estimated credit range, recent applications, documentation status and similar profile information.
- Purchase information: order status, product purchased, timestamps. Payment details are processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
- Technical information: IP address, browser, device information and analytics events.
What we never collect
We do not collect or store Social Security Numbers (SSN), Social Insurance Numbers (SIN), Tax File Numbers (TFN), full bank account numbers or full credit card numbers.
How we use your information
- To generate your readiness assessment, report and action plan.
- To provide access to your dashboard and downloadable report.
- To send transactional emails (purchase confirmation, report readiness, action reminders).
- To improve our platform and scoring accuracy in aggregate.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
We share information with vetted providers only to the extent necessary to run the service: Stripe (payments), our infrastructure and database provider, email delivery, and analytics providers such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
Sharing with lenders
We do not automatically share your information with lenders. If we introduce lender-matching in the future, it will require a separate, explicit, opt-in consent that is unchecked by default.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict or delete your personal information, and to withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact privacy@loanready.ai to exercise these rights.
Data retention
We retain your account and assessment data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us.
