1. Educational service only

LoanReady AI provides educational information and automated financial profile assessments. We are not a lender, broker, credit reporting agency, credit repair organization, financial adviser or legal adviser. The Loan Readiness Score is not a credit score and does not predict or guarantee approval, rates, terms or lender decisions.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you submit. Misrepresenting income, employment, residence, debts or loan purpose may result in an inaccurate assessment.

3. Purchases

The Full Approval Readiness Plan is a monthly subscription. The regular price is $39.90 USD per month; the welcome offer price is $19.90 USD per month (save $20.00/month). Purchases are processed by Stripe. Because your report is generated immediately upon payment, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer our scoring, or use the service to provide advice to third parties as a substitute for licensed professional advice.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoanReady AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any lending decision.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
